Mulled Mandarin Juice

Ingredients

  • 600 ml (3 cups) freshly squeezed mandarin juice (from about 1 kg of mandarins)
  • 600 ml (3 cups) water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 10 cloves
  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 2 star anises
  • 1-2 TBSP honey or other sweetener (optional)

How to Make It

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a pot and place over high heat. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to low heat. Cook for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from heat and serve hot.
